MIPS is a perfect example of what customer service should look like!  No matter the issue they have always been eager to help my staff and I.  They also take suggestions that we (the end user) request and if it is something that benefits numerous counties a rush is put on implementation. With MIPS I never have to stress about my real estate software doing what needs to be done.
