Each year, MIPS recognizes a client who doesn’t just do the work—but does it in a way that makes everyone around them better. In 2025, that honor proudly goes to the Saline County Assessor’s Office.
Over the past year, Brandi Kelly, Daryl Clark, and Sharon Jelinek have been outstanding partners to MIPS. They have embraced a wide range of new MIPS tools to improve efficiency and strengthen their operation—and that alone deserves recognition. But what truly sets them apart is how they have approached their work.
When change turned into a challenge, they embraced it.
When new processes raised questions from property owners, they took the time to explain.
When something didn’t go as planned, they adjusted and moved forward.
And when the work was done, they celebrated—through appreciation, kindness, and genuine encouragement of those around them.
Their can-do attitude, commitment to growth, and positive spirit have not only strengthened their office, but have made MIPS a better partner as well. They do their job in a way that lifts others up—and that is exactly what this award represents.
